| DESCRIPTION |
Watchem Plast is specially formulated admixture based on sulfonated naphthalene polymer . It is supplied as dark brown colored liquid miscible with water. |
STANDARD
Confirms to IS: 9103:1999 and ASTM –C 494M – 99a, 1999 Type A as water reducing admixture. |
SALIENT FEATURES

Compressive strength at all ages increases by about 15 to 25
- Due to increased workability, placing and compaction is easier.
- Resultant savings in time and cost.
- At same workability cohesive concrete having improved impermeability and reduced shrinkage in hardened state.
- Increases early strength gain with normal setting.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Watchem Plast is added to pre-wetted concrete mix at a rate of 0.2 to 0.4 Lt. per bag of cement .However actual site trials have to be carried out to minimize the optimum dose for the intended application.
The measured quantity of WATCHEM PLAST is mixed with part of guaging water and then added to the mix. For further assistance in optimum dosage trials and

COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with all types of cement It is also compatible with other WATCHEM’S CONCRETE ADMIXTURES , but should be added separately to the mix.. |

PACKING
Watchem ACEL is available in 1 and 5 Lts. HDPE / 9-16 MT BULK

STORAGE
Watchem PLAST should be stored preferably in shade and in original containers. It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in cool , dry place.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Watchem ACEL is non toxic, non -hazardous . Usual precautions like wearing gloves and goggles when handling should be followed. Accidental splashes on skin and in eyes should be washed off with plenty of plain water.
