| DESCRIPTION |
Watchem IWP is a specially processed admixture containing water repellent additives, shrinkage compensating additives, plasticizer and other chemicals. It is supplied in chloride free, light brown coloured powder. It seals capillary pores in concrete and mortar, thereby eliminating seepage of water. Watchem IWP helps to reduce shrinkage cracks for external and internal plaster. |
STANDARD
Confirms to IS2645:1975 specification for Integral Waterproofing Compounds.

APPLICATIONS
Watchem IWP is recommended for use in a wide range of concrete products including ready mix, precast, mass concrete, foundation walls, and block products etc. Also it is useful to make water proof , crack free external plaster, grouts, roof slabs, screeds, water tanks, reservoirs etc. |
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Watchem IWP is added in to dry mix of concrete, mortar, plaster or cement. Mix 500 grams ( one pouch) Watchem IWP per 50 kg bag of cement. Use mechanical mixer or continuous hand mixing to ensure homogeneous mixing then add measured quantity of water as per desired workability. |

ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION
All concrete or mortar, where so designate, shall be treated with an admixture to form an inert and water repellent film which will line the pore structure of the concrete and or mortar making it internally water repellent.
Watchem IWP shall be used in strict accordance with the directions of the manufacturer. |

Watchem IWP is available in 500 grams pouches. / M.S. containers

STORAGE
Store in dry place, in shade as the material is hygroscopic. The product offers specified results when stored as instructed and used within 12 months from manufacturing date.

PRECAUTIONS
Watchem IWP is non toxic, non hazardous . Usual precautions like wearing gloves and goggles when handling should be followed. Accidental splashes on skin and in eyes should be washed off with plenty of plain water. |
