| DESCRIPTION |
Watchem INTEGRAL is a dark brown coloured, chloride free, special waterproofing admixture.
It is based on organic polymer, plasticizer with special chemicals, which when used as an admixture, forms an internal barrier against water penetration. Watchem INTEGRAL increases the plasticity of mortar, reduces water aborption and thereby guards against freeze-thaw damage. It will not increase the air content of mortar or concrete. |

APPLICATIONS
Watchem INTEGRAL is recommended for use in a wide range of concrete products including ready mix, precast, mass concrete, foundation walls, and block products etc. Also it is useful to make water proof- external plaster, roof slabs, screeds, water tanks, reservoirs etc. |
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Watchem INTEGRAL is added to prewetted concrete mix at a rate of 100 to 250 ml per bag of cement. Also Watchem INTEGRAL can be mixed with measured quantity of gauging water and then added into dry mix of concrete. Actual site trials are required to minimize the dosage for application. Watchem INTEGRAL should not be added directly into dry mix or cement. |

ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION
All concrete or mortar, where so designate, shall be treated with an admixture to form an inert and water repellent film which will line the pore structure of the concrete and or mortar making it internally water repellent. Watchem INTEGRAL is compatible with all types of cement, Pozzolona Portland cement etc.
Watchem INTEGRAL shall be used in strict accordance with the directions of the manufacturer.

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE
Store in dry place, in shade and in original packed in container. The product offers specified results when stored as instructed and used within 12 months from manufacturing date.

PRECAUTIONS
Watchem ACEL is non toxic, non -hazardous . Usual precautions like wearing gloves and goggles when handling should be followed. Accidental splashes on skin and in eyes should be washed off with plenty of plain water. |
